#REDIRECT [[GalCiv4:Crime]]

# Planetary income is reduced by the crime rate, up to 100%.
# Decay rate from the colonies is increased as things "fall off the back of trucks".
# Morale of the citizens is lowered by the crime rate.
# Increases the chance that a new citizens will be a Criminal, adding even more crime.

The [[Xeloxi]] are a criminal faction and are immune to effects 3 and 4 but take care to keep down Crime due to the effects of 1 and 2.
