Makes people feel more guilty about doing the wrong thing. Reduces Crime. -0.05 Crime

Activating this symbol of the Arnor will apply some measure of this permanence to the selected fleet, increasing its hit points. +10% Hit Points +10% Hit Points Cap
Echoing Heartstone
A shard from the heart of creation. Activating it significantly increases the Influence of the selected planet. +500 Influence +500 Influence Tally
Atmospheric Cleanser
Reduces the Pollution on a colony by efficiently breaking down harmful particles and toxins. -0.1 Pollution

Boost Coil
