Features
- Military Starbases now protect planets in their radius from invasion. If you want to take them, you have to take out the starbase first.
- New Executive Orders
- Enlist Pirate Fleet - Take control of a pirate fleet. This is only available to the Xeloxi (or other civilizations with the Crimelord ability). With this ability pirates become a resource for the Xeloxi to grab and use as they need.
- Enlist Pirate World - Take control of a pirate world. This is only available to the Xeloxi (or other civilizations with the Crimelord ability). Instead of taking control of pirate fleets you can allow the pirates to continue to harass other civilizations, and if they take a world you can have them turn it over to you.
- Impress Foreign Fleet - Take control of a fleet that is within your borders but you aren't at war with. This has a significant Control cost and will aggravate the civilization you bribed the fleet away from.
- Defense Sentinels - Provides a single defense sentinel that can be instantly deployed to a colony in exchange for Control.
- New Colony Upgrade
- Defense Sentinels - Provides 3 defense sentinels for the colony, providing a formidable defense against invaders.
Fixes
- Typo fixes.
- Fixed an issue where diplomacy was blocked even after the Against the Tide galactic event was complete.
- Removed an obsolete stat from the Study the Precursor Prison event.
- Lots of stuck turn fixes.
- Fixed an issue that would cause duplicate ship designs instead of overwriting them when they were updated.
- Fixed an issue keeping the preview image from being updated when the image was changed and a ship was reuploaded.
- Fixed a stuck battle when there weren't any ships on either side willing to move within range of each other.
- Fixed a stuck turn caused by ships getting stuck in streams.
- Fixed an issue with the homeworld when copying the Yor as a custom civilization.
- Fixed a "Missing Info" string on the Approval bonus form Approval relics.
- Fixed an issue where quests to kill Pirates, Space Monsters, Sentinels and Dreadlords can mess with each other's counters.
- Fixed the Approval modifier on the Illegal Cloning event.
- Fixed Mission ships turning invisible when they weren't moving.
- Fixed an empty priority slot on the custom civilization screen.
- Fixed a bug where the turn button tooltip would disappear.
- Fixed an issue where highlights on simple tooltips would sometimes be broken.
- Fixed an issue allowing you to pick the same civilization trait twice on the customize civilization screen.
- Fixed the Done button on the starbase screen so that it is clickable anywhere.
- Fixed an issue where Authority culture traits weren't increasing Authority awareness.
- Fixed an issue keeping the Xeloxi from being unable to unlock their most advanced command ships.
- Fixed an issue where targeted executive orders would take a turn before consuming the control cost (and could therefor be exploited).
Balance
- Updated Self-Governance now provides +8% Approval on all core worlds except your homeworld instead of boosting colonies.
- Reduced the Omega Defenses starbase module from 3 modules cost to 1 module.
- Updated ship roles for command ships (they are now more likely to be support or capital ships depending on their components).
- Militia Barracks ship component is now available for ship designs.
- Antimatter Bomb ship component is now available for ship designs.
- Repair Drone Bay ship component is now available for ship designs.
- Integrity Field ship component is now available for ship designs.
- Missile Disrupter ship component is now available for ship designs.
- Field Generator ship component is now available for ship designs.
- Being in the area of a military starbase counts as being "protected" for unit approval calculations now.
UI
- Added a core worlds screen in the Databanks so you can see the stats on all your worlds at once.
- Uploading ships in the workshop will now generate multiple angles for images of those ships.
- Harmony Crystals tooltip now mentions that they can be gifted to your Leaders to improve their Loyalty.
- Improved entry layout on the details screen.
- Added a new Food tooltip.
- HUD icons are now be closer to shipyards and starbases.
AI
- The AI is now more likely to use Missions.
