Ministers


Ministers are a role for Leaders that place them in command of a section of your Government, with each position filled granting your Civilization certain bonuses and abilities in accordance with the assigned Minister’s statistics.

Once the Colonial Leadership Council Improvement has been constructed on the player’s homeworld, the Minister of Exploration, Minister of Technology and Minister of Colonization positions become available to fill. Another seven positions become available after certain Techs have been researched.

Ministerial Positions:

  • Minister of Exploration - Increases our Moves and Range based on the Diligence of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Technology - Adds an additional Technology Slot and increases Research based on the Intelligence of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Colonization - Increases Approval on all Core Worlds except our Homeworld based on the Social Skill of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Tourism - Increases the Tourism of all our worlds based on the Social of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Culture - Increases Influence based on the Social of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Health - Increases Growth based on the Diligence skill of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Justice - Recudes the Crime on your colonies based on the Diligence of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Production - Increases Manufacturing based on the Diligence of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Finance - Reduces Maintenance based on the Intelligence of the assigned Minister.
  • Minister of Defense - Increases ship Hit Points and Resistance based on the Resolve of the assigned Minister.
