V 1.4.1 Update

Changelog

  • Players can enable the old style planetary production wheel from 1.3.  After running the game once, open your My Games\GalCiv3\ prefs.ini and change UseColonyProductionWheel from 0 to 1
  • Players with older save games can now use the new foci UI
  • Players will no longer be able to game the diplomatic trade screen to get millions of credits
  • Players will no longer start with the assault fighters starbase improvement.
  • Fixed a problem where the AI would sometimes display the incorrect conversation dialog.
  • The AI will no longer gift specialization techs to the player.
  • Addressed an issue that caused the game to sometimes crash when ships were destroyed
  • Added missing icons
