The Valas represent a faction in Galactic Civilizations IV. They are led by Kyros.

Most civilizations are defined by their triumphs, but the Valas are defined by their mishaps. From the great sinking continent, to the disastrous attempts at cloning, teleportation and weather control. Despite their failures, the Valas persevere, though they are unlikely to get farther than their small homeworld. Its a miracle they have maintained that.
