GalCiv4:Pharas
The Pharas represent a faction in Galactic Civilizations IV. They are led by Caldris Andromedus.
The Pharas had just discovered agriculture when they had their first contact with aliens. Over the past few centuries their history has been shaped by these encounters, in positive and negative ways. Their culture and technology is almost entirely shaped by these visits. While other civilizations wonder if they are alone in the universe, the Pharas can't imagine life without the wonder of strange new aliens appearing in their skies.
