Artifacts

Artifacts are a kind of
Anomaly that are handled somewhat differently to Space Junk and Capsules, granting the player access to a powerful one-use item, often with an option to sell it off for Credits. There are many different Artifacts to collect during the game, and more than one of each type can be stored simultaneously. Once claimed, Artifacts are stored in “The Vault” indefinitely, and can be played either immediately, or during any of the player’s subsequent turns. To activate an Artifact, click on “The Vault”, select the artifact you want and then click on the target, whether that be a hex, a fleet, a planet or something else will depend on the device in question.
