Ministers
Ministers are a role for Leaders that place them in command of a section of your Government, with each position filled granting your Civilization certain bonuses and abilities in accordance with the assigned Minister's statistics.
Once the Colonial Leadership Council Improvement has been constructed on the player's homeworld, the Minister of Exploration, Minister of Technology and Minister of Colonization positions become available to fill. Another seven positions become available after certain Techs have been researched.

Minister of Production | Minister of Production Improves production across our empire. Increases Manufacturing based on the Diligence of the assigned Minister |

Minister of Health | Minister of Health Focuses on the health of our citizens. Increases Growth based on the Diligence skill of the assigned Minister |

Minister of Exploration | Minister of Exploration Manages our travel to the edge of the galaxy. Increases our Moves and Range based on the Diligence of the assigned Minister | |
Minister of Justice | Minister of Justice The security of our citizens, and their possessions, is a primary responsibility of a government. Reduces the Crime on your colonies based on the Diligence of the assigned Minister |

Minister of Colonization | Minister of Colonization By listening to the needs of citizens on all out worlds we can improve their Approval. Increases Approval on all Core Worlds except our Homeworld based on the Social skill of the assigned Minister | |
Minister of Defense | Minister of Defense Makes sure our fleet and colonies are secure. Increases ship Hit Points and Resistance based on the Resolve of the assigned Minister |
