Approval represents how the population of a colony feels about your regime. The higher the number, the more the people like you. Approval is calculated by dividing the Morale of the colony by the total population of the colony.
Effects of approval
Approval will affect the colony's influence, raw production, population growth, and resistance. The tables below just show the Approval thresholds, the game linearly interpolates values in between. You can find the exact bonus by mousing over Approval on the planet screen.
