GalCiv4:Polluxians
The Polluxians represent a faction in Galactic Civilizations IV. They are led by Zorion Backbreaker.
There are no crimes among the Xeloxi, but even some individuals are so toxic that they can't exist in a society. Rather than kill these individuals they were sent to a distant work camp.In a few generations they were forgotten about by the Xeloxi empire and they forgot most about who abandoned them. They made a life on their new world, though their toxic nature hasn't changed.
